SAFETYAre the pieces food safe?
Yes. We use food safe materials from the clay to the underglaze and glazes. They are fired twice (bisque and glaze fired) to attain their ideal form.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Are the pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes. We use the highest quality stoneware and porcelain available to us to ensure that we produce quality pieces. However, in order to protect the glazes and keep the colours on your pieces remain as when you first set eyes on them, we recommend hand washing them.
Unglazed surfaces are water and stain resistant but not blemish proof. It is important to clean any food residue especially dark coloured sauces from these surfaces immediately in order to keep your pieces blemish free. Warm water and soap is a great cleaner for the unglazed surfaces. Use a scrub or bristle brush to clean with the mixture to remove light stains.

Where are the pieces coming from?
All the pieces are made in Canada and are shipped from Ottawa Ontario.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
When do you ship my pieces?
Your pieces will be shipped within 5 business days from Ottawa Canada. You will receive an email with a tracking number once we ship your pieces.
Are you able to expedite shipping of my items?
We may be able to expedite delivery of some of our pieces. Please contact us prior to purchase so we can verify if we can work within your timeline.
What do I do if my piece arrives damaged?
In the event that your piece arrives damaged, please email [email protected] with pictures of the damaged item. Once a confirmation email is sent back to you, a Returns Shipping label will be sent and your piece will be refunded or replaced if a similar item is still available and in stock.

Do you accept returns?
No. However, if your piece arrives broken or damaged, you are able to return it for a refund or a replacement if a similar item is still available and in stock.
